Halcyonia Night Life ("Ace")

Halcyonia Night Life, affectionately known as "Ace," is a homozygous black Welsh Cob stallion making his mark across North America in multiple disciplines. A shining example of versatility and excellence, Ace has earned top honours in Welsh Breed shows in both Canada and the US, excelling in in-hand, driving, and riding classes, and claiming many prestigious titles.

 

A testament to his exceptional abilities, Ace was named the 2023 and 2024 USEF National Horse of the Year, solidifying his position among the equine elite. His talents extend to Dressage, where he has achieved wins at Training and First Levels, consistently scoring above 70% at USDF Gold and EC Silver Shows. As he continues to refine his skills, Ace is ambitiously moving up the levels, showcasing his athleticism and promise.

 

Ace is not only a proven performer but also a standout in the breeding world. Licensed with multiple breed registries, including the International Sporthorse Registry (ISR)/Oldenburg North America and Westfalen Verband NA, he proudly received the Star Award for the Oldenburg registry in the Conformation category and recently (01/2025) recieved his lifetime breeding license. He has produced premium foals for the ISR/Oldenburg registry as well and is currently pursuing additional lifetime approval with Westfalen NA, further enhancing his impressive credentials.

 

Despite a year focused primarily on dressage in 2024, Ace managed to achieve outstanding standings in the Welsh Pony and Cob Society of America (WPCSA) rankings for both In-Hand and Driving—a testament to his natural aptitude and unwavering spirit.
